What is an errand service?
It is a modern approach to having someone else you can trust to take care of your errands and ever-increasing "to-do" lists so that you have enough time to live your ideal life or at least gain some much needed balance. A "service" to us is something you don't have the time, inclination or current capacity to do yourself.

Who do we serve?
We cater to those juggling long working hours with personal commitments, hectic schedules, long commutes, demanding lifestyles and those who find it difficult to complete tasks on their own. We assist seniors, singles, couples, single or new parents, families, house-bound individuals, frequent travelers, or those recuperating from an injury, needing assistance or temporary help with the home.

Where do we provide our service?
Vancouver including North and West Vancouver.

Does the service include making purchases, payments or other charges on my behalf?
Our service includes only the time taken by PACE Services Inc. to execute the duties requested. The time starts when we leave the office for your service and stops when we return to a designated location. Fees, merchandise payment and other charges associated with performing errands on our client's behalf, are the responsibility of the client.

How much notice do you need to help me schedule a service?
At least 24 hours but preferably 48 hours notice is requested so that we can ensure the best possible service; however, we will do everything possible to accommodate same day and urgent requests but surcharges will apply. We cannot guarantee completion of same day or urgent requests.

How do I know what to expect for charges in using your services?
Most of the tasks we perform are charged at an hourly rate. We will be happy to discuss what you need and want so that we can estimate the time and rates with you. Remember that we accomplish your assignments during the work week, so we don't deal with the same traffic, limited hours, etc. that you have when you do them on the weekends and/or weeknights.

What if I don't see a service I need listed?
Just give us a call and ask. We will do our best to provide it for you.

Do you provide services outside of Vancouver?
Services outside our service area will be subject to an additional mileage charge. We can work with you to determine the best way to provide assistance.
